(2020) Creative Partnerships Australia Matchlab Grant
Successfully accepted into MATCH Lab program, including matched funding grant. Matchlab is a program building fundraising skills and providing dollar-for-dollar matched funding for fundraising campaigns for my artistic practice, run by Creative Partnerships Australia. The program typically takes place in Sydney or Melbourne, though due to the pandemic Creative Partnerships workshops were conducted via televideo conferencing.

(2020) Deus Ex Musica - Call For Scores
Winner | String Quartet #2: “Fede”. Winning works to be performed by Carrefour Chamber Music Project in Shreveport, Louisiana in collaboration with Deus Ex Musica as part of their interfaith Sacred Chamber Music Festival. Fede was selected as a work representing a composer of the Catholic faith.

An annual new music festival at Indiana State University College of Arts and Science. The week long festival presented a series of concerts. I participated as a featured guest and winner of the “Music Now Contest”. I gave a presentation of the winning work “String Quartet #2: Fede” via teleconference and a recording was featured as part of the festival’s closing concert titled “Music Now Recital”.

UNSW ANNOUNCES 2020 WILLGOSS ENSEMBLE COMPOSITION PRIZE WINNERS
Limelight Australia's Classical Music & Arts Magazine | News Article | Clive Paget | Elizabeth Younan and Michael Grebla have been announced as the joint winners of the Willgoss Ensemble Composition Prize for 2020. The Prize, awarded by the Music Performance Unit of the University of New South Wales, is expected to encourage the creation of short, original works to enhance the repertoire of UNSW’s various instrumental and choral ensembles.
